Hey! I'm Hanna. Traditional photography isn't my cup of tea—and I'm guessing it isn't your either.
So let's throw out the rulebook.
I’ve got 8 years of experience with everything from weddings to music videos, a killer eye for artistic detail, and a knack for making you feel at ease in front of the camera—while still striking cinema-worthy poses.
Welcome!
Every eloping couple wants the perfect, dreamy location to say their vows. And if there ever was an exact spot to find those magical views, Glacier National Park (GNP) would be it. If you’ve never been to GNP, you’re missing out big time! This national park is one of the most famous in the US, and for good reason.
Some of the most stunning photos of alpine lakes, colorful wildflower fields, and magnificent white peaks come from Glacier National Park. I don’t blame you for wanting to get married in this dream place. But nestled in the less populated state of Montana, finding an Airbnb for your stay might be difficult. Lucky for you, I’ve put together a list of the best Airbnbs near Glacier National Park for elopements! Because who doesn’t want to stay in a cozy, cute cabin for an epic elopement adventure?!
Imagine staying in a home that has some 1800s, traditional charm to it. Well, this West Glacier Adobe House is exactly that. This original brick style home has a wrap-around shaded porch and has been remodeled with original and recycled materials (um, yes please!). Not only will you have rustic, cozy cabin vibes, but you’ll also be situated in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from the West entrance of Glacier National Park—talk about convenience!
If your style is more of a traditional log cabin set up, surrounded by a whimsical forest, the Glacier Hideaway is exactly what you need. This modern log cabin has traditional vibes all over it. Plus, it’s located just a few miles outside of the West entrance to Glacier National Park. You can cozy up by the fireplace with some champagne to celebrate your marriage or have your morning coffee out on the large deck overlooking the mountains the morning of your elopement!
Thinking about those pictures you saw on Pinterest where the lake mirrors the white peaks of the most incredible mountains you’ve ever seen? Well, you can find those views at the Lake McDonald Cabin! This private cabin sits on the shores of Lake McDonald, inside Glacier National Park, boasting jaw-dropping views, a pebble beach, and colorful sunrises and sunsets. I don’t know about you, but this place sounds like a dream!
Something to note: this Airbnb doesn’t have a kitchen, but if you love a more traditional cabin or camping experience, you’ll love this place!
If you’re looking for something a little closer to the camping experience, this Glacier Glamping Tent is for you! Just a step above regular tent camping, you’ll have the experience of staying at a traditional campsite, but in the comfort of a king-size bed. Best of both worlds, right?! The view of GNP, the secluded setting, and quiet whimsical woods will make your elopement adventure unforgettable. You won’t regret staying in this glamping tent, waking up to these views the day of your elopement, and soaking in the beauty of all that GNP has to offer.
Last, but certainly not least, if you’re looking for unique, rustic charm, the Meadowlark Treehouse is perfect! I mean, seriously?! Who wouldn’t want to stay in an enchanting treehouse for their elopement? This unique Airbnb has everything you could need and more. Additionally, it’s situated on 5-acres of wooded land about 30 minutes from Glacier National Park. Imagine you get to wake up and have your coffee on the balcony off the bedroom, pack your backpacks and lace up your boots, and head out on a hike to exchange your vows as the sun sets in Glacier National Park. Sounds like something you could only dream of, but when you stay in a fairytale-like treehouse it’s possible!
Of course, these are just my recommendations for a whimsical elopement adventure. It’s up to you to decide on the perfect place to stay if you’re eloping in or near Glacier National Park. But if you do need more help, I am more than ready to dive into the depths of the internet to find the perfect Airbnb, trails, vendors, and more! So what are you waiting for?! Let’s get planning!
